1. No Physical Products

WishPiggy is a digital gifting platform.

WishPiggy does not sell physical goods.
WishPiggy does not ship items.
WishPiggy does not supply tangible products.

All contributions made on the platform are voluntary digital monetary gifts made to creators.

As no physical goods are sold, there are no items to return.


2. No Refund Policy

All contributions made through WishPiggy are:

  • Voluntary

  • Digital

  • Final

By making a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not purchasing a product.

  • You are not purchasing a service.

  • You are making a voluntary digital gift.

  • You will not receive a physical item.

Accordingly, contributions are non-refundable.


3. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.

  • We may withhold creator payouts where necessary.

  • Excessive disputes may result in permanent platform removal.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant payment processor.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued where required by law, including:

  • Proven unauthorised transactions

  • Legal compliance requirements

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of WishPiggy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
